Collective Crossed
Abstract
The Resistências project was developed by Coletivo Atravessadas
and contemplated by Unicamp's SAE Student-Artist Program in 2018.
Resistências is a dance project that deals with the strength that arises from the need to exist, which is revealed in the encounter with the city, constantly tensioning the logic of the urban context. These daily confrontations awaken the artists' gaze to a poetics of resistance. Plant-bodies emerge that resist time, weather, space, the force of gravity, and constitute a living organism, collective but singular, which interposes itself in a simple and powerful way.
