I EXIST!
Abstract
In 2014 he started the project “EU EXISTO!” which emerged from a performance on the streets of Campinas, the project has as its central theme, people living on the streets and carries in its title a statement that is often ignored! They exist and resist!
Placed in the first person, the artist's intention is to give protagonism to these people through art and tell a little of their stories, in addition to showing fragments of a social construction that they create around them, since they are excluded and dehumanized by the social structure current. With this, she proposes to produce works that not only can bring up discussions on the subject, but that manage to establish a bridge of perception and sensitivity, in which the characters portrayed recognize themselves and feel represented, reaffirming their existence as human beings.
